Article 2: Professional Development Disclaimer

Teaching Matters Yoga provides educational resources and consulting based on professional learning science. While we provide the tools for excellence, the implementation and ultimate results remain the responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee specific student outcomes or commercial success.

Article 3: Intellectual Property & Attribution

All site content (texts, logos, “TMY Seal”) is the property of Playground Pedagogy LLC.

• License to Share: You may share our educational resources within your specific school or organization.
• Requirement: Clear attribution to Teaching Matters Yoga must remain on all shared materials.
• Prohibition: You may not sell, modify, or claim our materials as your own.

Article 4: Financial Terms * Payments:

Processed immediately via Stripe.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products and live webinars, all sales are final. No refunds or withdrawals are permitted after purchase.
• Consulting: Bespoke services are governed by separate signed Service Agreements.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, the total liability of Playground Pedagogy LLC for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service or product.
